Upon initial viewing of the home page, the majority of participants commented that there was “too much text.”
Participants had difficulty finding their appropriate printer type among the many links in the center of the page.
It was not intuitive for many participants to initiate their search for paper by selecting their printer type.
When asked to search for storage devices, many participants did not readily notice the section at the bottom of the page designed for that purpose.
